Anti-Static Cleanroom Fabric

Industrial development leads to the parallel growth of many other industries. Among these is the garment industry, which produces clothing for industries such as electronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical production plants, and manufacturing facilities where static electricity affects workers. Anti-static fabric is becoming increasingly important and widespread.

Specifications of Anti-Static Cleanroom Fabric

Resistance:

1 0^{6} Ω

–

1 0^{9} Ω

Grid line width: 0.5cm or 0.25cm

Weight: 120g/m²

Width: 150cm

Fiber density: 100D*100D

Specification: 165*89 cm

Composition: 99% Polyester, 1% conductive fiber

Anti-static cleanroom fabric is used to sew anti-static cleanroom clothing, anti-static cleanroom fabric caps, anti-static cleanroom boots, etc.

Anti-static cleanroom fabric has a special design different from other fabrics in that it is blended with carbon fibers. These carbon fibers play the role of conducting electrical charges to other environments, helping to prevent the charges from being transferred to people, which adversely affects the health of workers.

Anti-static cleanroom fabric commonly comes in two forms, divided according to the shape of the carbon fibers: striped fabric and checkered fabric.

The required anti-static level within the safe range is

1 0^{6} -1 0^{9} Ω

. The anti-static level is determined by the carbon fibers. The larger the distance and thickness of the carbon fibers, the higher the anti-static level, and accordingly, the cost also increases. The common distance between carbon fibers is 5mm; 2.5mm.

In addition to anti-static cleanroom fabric, our company also provides a full range of complete cleanroom equipment and products for cleanrooms, such as pants, shirts, caps, gloves, etc.
