Characteristics of Anti-Static Fabric Caps

Polyester is a synthetic fiber with a characteristic ethylene composition. Polyester is widely used in industry to produce various products such as: electrical insulation materials, furniture, and household appliances. The advantages of polyester fibers compared to conventional fibers include:

• Oil-absorbent
• Water-resistant, dustproof, fire-resistant
• Does not shrink when washed, wrinkle-resistant, stretch-resistant
• Easy to dye, not damaged by mold
• Effective thermal insulation

With the main material being polyester blended with carbon fibers, the density between carbon fibers is 5mm. These carbon fibers have anti-static properties. The higher the carbon density, the better the anti-static ability. Carbon fiber is an extremely durable material and is widely used in high-tech industries.

Because it is made from polyester and carbon fiber, the anti-static baseball cap has all the above characteristics.

Due to the main component being polyester, wearers may feel somewhat uncomfortable when using anti-static baseball caps. We have designed the hat with a sufficient width, an elastic band, and breathable mesh to ensure the wearer feels comfortable and the hat stays in place.
